1. What do you charge for shipping?
Shipping charges are based on the weight and destination of shipment.
2. How long will it be before I receive my order?
For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 7-9 business days, which is automatically applied to all orders.
** Shipping speeds are based on carrier transit times and do not include the time it takes to handle and pack a shipment. The above shipping times are estimates quoted by our courier companies, so we can not be liable or held responsible for any delays after dispatch. Delays do happen occasionally due to uncontrollable factors, but please be assured that we will do our best to limit any inconveniences that may arise.
3. WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED IN A HYGIENIC/SAFE WAY?
We have taken additional health and safety measures in our warehouse to protect all our logistic teams and customers.
Our delivery services are also working hard to adapt during this time including maintaining a safe distance when delivering packages, and not requiring a signature for packages.
